Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service to online clients via chat, email, and phone.
2. Assist clients with any questions or issues they may have regarding their orders or shipments.
3. Utilize persuasion skills to promote UPS services and products to clients.
4. Make decisions regarding client inquiries and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve client satisfaction.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
1. Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle challenging client interactions.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong persuasion and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
